Contemporary Dance for Adults – a
warm-up and choreography to ‘Inheritance Tracks’ – bring some music that means
something to you.
We will work on dances together and share them with others.
The level of this class will adapt to
the people who come – any age is welcome, probably 30 – 70. Wear
loose warm clothing including socks. The project is led by Virginia
Taylor.
